Glenmore

Downtown

Welcome to the hub of what’s happening. Located on a massive flatland along the Lake, the Kelowna North and South areas are divided by Highway 97. Set apart from the Downtown by large bands of agricultural land, the Lower and Upper Mission have expanded up the hillside and joined the rolling hills of South East Kelowna. Rutland

As the city grows northernly, Rutland North/South and Springfield/Spall areas have become a very central location in Kelowna. Divided by Highway 33 that leads to Big White, this area represents our largest body of homes with the most diverse price range.
